


Kerry Doi, is the Secretary/Treasurer of the Asian Pacific Revolving Loan Fund.
Founder/President and CEO of the Pacific Asian Consortium In Employment (PACE), the largest Pan-Asian non-profit community development corporation in California, serving 35,000 low income families annually with a staff of over 280 and a budget of $16+ million. Developed and directed workforce, community and economic development programs to foster healthy families and health communities. These programs include:
- Workforce Development (from CETA, JTPA to the current Workforce Investment Act-funded WorkSource Center)
